By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using EvoTechTool in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form one single agreement.
This is the implied-consent (browsewrap) model used widely across the web. Additionally, when you interact with our Cookie Consent Banner by clicking "Accept All" or "Reject Non-Essential," that affirmative click constitutes a further, click-based (clickwrap) acknowledgement of these Terms — including the arbitration clause in Section 9.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and tools. These three documents are consistent with each other. If any conflict arises, the Privacy Policy shall control for data-related matters, and these Terms shall control for all other matters.

If you are under 16 in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you may only use the site with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using this site, you represent that you meet these age requirements. We do not knowingly allow minors below age 13 to use our services.
Our QR Code Generator is a client-side utility that creates matrix barcodes inside your browser. You are solely responsible for scanning and verifying generated QR codes across multiple hardware devices and operating systems prior to printing, publishing, or commercially deploying any barcode. EvoTechTool assumes no liability for printing expenses, physical media production costs, misdirected link routing, or marketing expenses.
Our Password Generator creates strings using browser-based cryptographic random generation. No algorithm can guarantee absolute security or zero collision risk. You are solely responsible for securely storing and managing your credentials. EvoTechTool does not store or recover generated passwords and is not liable for data breaches on third-party services where you use generated passwords.
IP geolocation and network metadata displayed by our "What's My IP" tool are obtained from third-party lookup services. Geolocation data is approximate and must not be relied upon for emergency services, legal proceedings, navigation, or law enforcement purposes.
Generated usernames are automated suggestions. EvoTechTool does not verify platform availability or trademark registration. You are solely responsible for ensuring chosen handles do not infringe third-party trademarks, platform rules, or applicable laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO EVOTECHTOOL OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS).
IN NO EVENT SHALL EVOTECHTOOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law, including but not limited to: liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct; liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be contractually waived under the mandatory laws of your country of residence (including EU, UK, and Bangladesh consumer protection laws).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your use of EvoTechTool is at your own risk. All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. No oral or written information or advice given by us creates a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EvoTechTool, its operator (MD Shahed Ahmed), and developers from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our tools; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this indemnity clause does not apply to claims arising from our own gross negligence, fraud, or breach of these Terms, and does not override any statutory consumer protection rights you hold under mandatory local law.

All original software code, layout designs, logos, brand assets, and written content on EvoTechTool are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by MD Shahed Ahmed, operating as EvoTechTool. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.
Third-party open-source components and libraries (such as qrcode.js delivered via CDN) are governed by their respective open-source licences (e.g., MIT Licence). We comply with all applicable open-source licence terms.
User-Submitted Content: Any content or feedback you submit to us (such as contact form messages) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or improving our services. You retain ownership of your content.
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are only placed after you provide explicit consent via our Cookie Consent Banner. You may manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link in our footer. We do not sell your personal data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes between you and EvoTechTool shall be resolved through confidential individual binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in Dhaka, Bangladesh, rather than in court. By agreeing to these Terms (including through the clickwrap consent on our Cookie Consent Banner), you waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EvoTechTool.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first visiting the site by emailing support.saa.play@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out." If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Either party may bring individual claims in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction, or seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of law to preserve the status quo pending arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply where expressly prohibited by mandatory local consumer protection laws, including the laws of the EEA, UK, or Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration agreement in Section 9, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may provide you with additional rights that cannot be contractually limited. Consumers in the EEA or UK may also bring claims before the competent courts of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights you cannot waive under your local mandatory law.
As an operator based in Bangladesh, EvoTechTool also complies with applicable Bangladeshi laws, including the Bangladesh Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the Information and Communication Technology Act, and other relevant local regulations. Users in Bangladesh have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Bangladesh PDPA.
